About:

This program is run from a script called 'rand_admin.cgi' and is used to administer the program Random Name Chooser ('rand_name.cgi'). If you would like more information about this program contact GrassRootsDesign.

Add Name:

Enter the participants name and choose Add Name.
You can also add an optional matching letter so partners won't pick each other. For instance add a letter 'a' to his and a letter 'a' to hers.

View Names:

A drop down list which displays all the names been added to that point. This list is automatically rebuilt each time you added another name.

View Matches:

A drop down list which displays all the matches that have been made to that point. This allows the administrator to check when someone forgets. It is in a drop down list so you don't have to look unless necessary.

Reset List:

Clears the randomly generated list containing the matched names. Use this feature to reset the list so that participants can start over.

Clear Names:

Clears all the names from the list of participants. This is option allows you to start over from scratch. You can then add names to the list one by one. Be sure to reset the list after clearing the names

The close button () at the top of the panel will switch back to the program. This program was created as a novelty and can be used freely but remains the property of GrassRootsDesign. GrassRootsDesign takes no responsibility for problems that arise from it's use.
